At VisionCast, we strive to provide high-quality digital PPV streams and downloads. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the circumstances under which refunds are provided.

1. No Refunds for Event/Fight Card Changes

  • VisionCast does not offer refunds if the event or fight card line-up changes. PPV purchases are for the entire event, not for individual acts or fights.

2. Accidental Orders

  • Refunds cannot be accepted for accidental orders, including instances where the purchaser mistakenly thought they were ordering a physical ticket. VisionCast exclusively sells digital PPV streams and downloads.

3. Refunds for Technical Issues

  • Refunds are not accepted once the event has begun unless there were technical issues.
  • Any technical issues must be evidenced by the viewer and acknowledged by our technical support team to qualify for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • If you believe you qualify for a refund due to technical issues, please contact our customer support team with the following information:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the technical issue
    • Evidence of the technical issue (e.g., screenshots, error messages)
